Project-Based Learning

A lot of people are becoming obsessed with "Various"-Based Learning styles as we learn more about how students learn and develop. After extensive research, my school was founded based on the principles of Project-Based Learning. Project-Based Learning offers a unique approach to teaching in that students are working on examples that are inquiry driven and have some form of project involved. Projects are typically focused around real-world authentic or simulated experiences, inquiry-based investigations into the world, and creating products (tangible or intangible).

For a break-down of the various -BL learning styles, head on over to edutopia.org or bie.org. Both of these resources will be analyzed in my General PBL Resources pages to follow!
